REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Looks just like the picture and was delivered including changing mat, stroller hooks (2) and a cute little bib. Fast delivery as well.
Excellent bag! I did a lot of research and very happy I chose this bag. The color is exactly the same as in the pic. The bag is as described. The one thing I find difficult, but it probably a problem of all the square opening bags is the inability of closing it with one hand. That makes things more complicated, especially when you have a child in your arms. Comes with dipper changing surface. The store also sent a little bib.
Finally I´ve got it after three months. Bag is ok, but local post office didn´t notice it to me. I had to go to post office to ask whether is somethoing for me, otherwise I am not sure about getting.
