REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

The pillow arrived to me after a month and a helf (though I know it arrived to someone else in Israel in two weeks and we orderd almost the same day. Not the stores fault anyway. However, the communication with thw seller was very good. Thank you! The package was good. The pillow sewed very well. It is soft and very nice. However, it's thiner than in the pictures. I wish it was a little more filled up. I will try it on this weekend.

With regards to the pillow, everything is fine. Medium density ,. that's enough for me. The cover is separately washed and dries quickly, similar to cotton. But the courier service sucks. Send DPD. They told me for a week that the pillow would come tomorrow and that did not happen. Like the transport department is to blame. From Vladivostok to Rostov-on-Don, I received it in 3 weeks. Walking faster !!! In total, delivery took 2 (!!!) months, and this is taking into account the courier service! Shame!
